Join Bethany Calgary as a Health Care Aide and provide compassionate care to our residents in Calgary, Alberta. This part-time position focuses on enhancing resident independence and well-being while ensuring dignity and comfort.

As a Health Care Aide at Bethany Calgary, you will support residents by assisting with daily living activities and promoting their choices.

Your role will encompass both safety and teamwork, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate care needs. This position requires strong documentation skills to monitor and report on residents’ observations and holistic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver resident-centered care as per care plans

• Document care activities and observations accurately

• Ensure a safe environment for residents and staff

• Participate as a proactive team member in care evaluations

• Uphold the values and mission of Bethany Care Society

Requirements:

• Grade 10 education with a Health Care Aide certificate

• Registered with College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta

• Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Capable of handling physically demanding tasks

• Effective communication skills in English
