Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutrition assessments and create tailored care plans

• Facilitate group education sessions for patients

• Support physicians and team members with nutrition-related inquiries

• Engage in community health initiatives and program development

• Record and analyze progress indicators for patient services

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition required

• Completion of Dietetic internship

• Active registration with College of Dietitians of Alberta

• Minimum three years of experience preferred

• Flexible schedule to include evenings/weekends as necessary
