Bethany Care Society is seeking a dedicated Health Care Aide to provide resident-centered care at Bethany Riverview. This role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents' holistic health needs, and maintaining impeccable safety standards. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring excellent service and documenting all care accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote service excellence through responsive resident care

• Assist in activities of daily living, preserving residents' dignity

• Document and report observations to nursing staff promptly

• Monitor holistic needs of residents effectively

• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment

Requirements:

• Grade 10 education and Health Care Aide certificate

• Registration with CLHA in Alberta

• Previous HCA experience preferred

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Ability to thrive in demanding environments
