The Health Care Aide (HCA) role at Age Care requires collaboration within a care team to meet resident needs effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing and personal hygiene

• Facilitate safe transfers using mechanical lifts

• Accompany residents to activities and appointments

Requirements:

• Preferred one year experience in continuing care

• Certificate in Personal Care Aide or equivalent

• Active registration with CLHA

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Post-secondary education is an asset
