Position: Health Care Aide Role with AgeCare

In this position, you'll be supervised by a Staff Nurse, providing essential personal care services tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, feeding, and accompanying residents to social activities, enhancing their quality of life while ensuring safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bathe and wash residents according to care plans

• Assist with transfers using safe equipment and techniques

• Feed residents during designated meal and snack times

• Administer routine treatments as directed by nursing staff

• Help residents engage in social and recreational activities

Requirements:

• Preferred one year of experience in care settings

• Completion of Personal Care Aide Certificate or equivalent

• Active CLHA registration in Alberta

• Fluent English communication skills

• Dedication to quality resident care and support
