Cencora Reimbursement Specialist Role

Cencora invites applications for a Reimbursement Specialist to help expand patient access to prescription medications. This full-time position revolves around coordination with insurers and healthcare professionals.

As part of the Innomar Strategies team, you'll play a vital role in managing the prescription coverage process. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, coupled with a strong proficiency in Microsoft applications. Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical domains is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate applications for prescription drug coverage

• Work with insurance companies to maximize reimbursements

• Prepare documentation for federal and public programs

• Conduct Financial Means Tests to assist patients

• Report adverse events to appropriate units

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience

• 2 years minimum in customer service roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Bilingualism in French/English is a plus
