Health Care Aide Casual Position

As a Health Care Aide (HCA), you will be responsible for observing, monitoring, and reporting on the status of clients under the supervision of the Director of Care.

Your role will involve the accurate delivery of prescribed medications and maintaining high professional and ethical standards in all interactions. This opportunity is ideal for compassionate individuals looking to support adults with chronic illnesses or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report on changes in client health status

• Deliver prescribed medications as per protocols

• Adhere to professional care standards consistently

• Work alongside Registered Nurses and Practical Nurses

• Engage in additional tasks related to client care

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and HCA credential completion

• Current CLHA registration is mandatory

• Proficient in English communication skills

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage

• Physically capable of client lifting and transferring
