Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular assessments and collect necessary information

• Participate in planning and executing leisure programs

• Facilitate safe and enjoyable activities for residents

• Document program outcomes and resident progress

• Communicate effectively with families and team members

Requirements:

• Certification in Recreation Therapy or Health Care Aide

• 1-3 years’ experience with seniors in care

• Possess a valid Class 4 driver’s license

• Successful criminal background and immunization checks

• Effective communication skills valued
