Temporary Contract - ending February 2027, approximately 25 hours per week

• Transcribe audio files into prepared templates using Doc Shuttle typist software
• QA reports
• Fill out timesheets for payroll

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Post secondary education in Medical Office Administration, Transcription or related field considered an asset
• Computer/software knowledge
• Medical terminology and grammar
• Typing speed balanced with accuracy/speech recognition experience
• Required to be available during clinic hours anytime from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST

• Help keep our workload turnaround times
• Execution of accurate reports in a timely fashion
