Shape the future of client care as an Innovative Physical Therapist. Work on rehabilitation units to maximize clients' independence and enhance their quality of life.
In this casual role, you'll provide targeted assessments, devise treatment plans, and participate in discharge planning. Your efforts will directly impact client outcomes in our continuing care units, while you may also supervise support staff and physiotherapy students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and assess clients for personalized care
• Design effective treatment strategies for rehabilitation
• Participate in discharge planning processes
• Provide support and supervision for interns and staff
• Ensure client safety and functional independence
Requirements:
• Master's or Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Registration with College of Physical Therapists necessary
• AADL authorizer certification preferred
• Clinical experience is an asset
• New graduates and interns are encouraged to apply
