Position: Health Care Aide at AgeCare SkyPointe
Become a Health Care Aide with Age Care SkyPointe, delivering vital care and support for residents. Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure their comfort and well-being.

In this full-time role, you will assist residents with daily activities, from bathing to dining. Under the guidance of a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll use your skills to promote personal comfort and participate in essential care procedures.

Your role is crucial in ensuring residents feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing and personal hygiene

• Transfer residents safely using mechanical aids

• Support feeding during meal and snack times

• Provide routine treatments under nurse supervision

• Accompany residents to activities and therapies

Requirements:

• One year of experience in continuing care preferred

• Completion of PCA/HCA Certificate Course or Equivalent

• Active registration with CLHA of Alberta

• Post-secondary education is an asset

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
