Position: Dedicated Health Care Aide at AgeCare
Become a Health Care Aide at Age Care and provide compassionate, individualized care to residents in need. Collaborate with your team to enhance their well-being through essential services.

This position requires working under a Staff Nurse while applying your skills to assist residents with daily activities. You'll help with personal care, transfers, meals, and social engagements to promote dignified living.

Your role will be pivotal in fostering a supportive environment that enriches lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide baths and showers, ensuring resident comfort

• Use safe methods for transferring residents

• Assist with meals and dietary needs following care plans

• Implement routine care procedures as directed by nursing staff

• Facilitate residents' participation in community activities

Requirements:

• One year experience in a continuing care environment preferred

• Completion of a recognized PCA/HCA Certificate Course

• Must possess active registration with CLHA

• Strong English language skills, both oral and written

• Commitment to compassionate and respectful care
