As a Health Care Aide at Bayshore, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our clients. This position emphasizes client-centered care and effective communication within a supportive team atmosphere. You’ll engage with clients and their families to build trusting relationships while maintaining high standards of safety and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer personalized assistance with daily activities

• Maintain accurate records of care provided

• Develop meaningful connections with clients

• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Health Care Aide or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle

• Successful completion of background check

• Fluency in English;
French as applicable

• Active member with CLHA of Alberta
