Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate personal care and social interactions for residents

• Encourage resident participation in recreation and leisure programs

• Abide by Covenant Care's standards in service delivery

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team effectively

• Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical standards

Requirements:

• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate required

• Previous experience in Assisted Living preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to adapt to changing work priorities

• Must meet vaccination requirements per OHS policy
