As Pharmacy Manager, you will report to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and play a crucial role in supervising staff and maintaining operational excellence. Emphasize customer education while fostering a satisfying shopping experience. You will lead community outreach efforts and ensure your pharmacy meets budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and manage pharmacy staff performance effectively
• Control inventory for medications and over-the-counter products
• Dispense medications in a timely and accurate manner
• Educate patients on medications or health initiatives
• Identify sales opportunities and promote budget outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with Class A license
• At least 3 years’ retail pharmacy experience
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead team motivation and coaching efforts
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems is beneficial
