Join a dedicated team as a full-time Occupational Therapist in Glenmore Park, providing essential client care. This role focuses on assessments, treatment, and discharge planning to enhance patient independence.
As a Temporary Full-Time Occupational Therapist I, you will deliver quality care in our rehabilitation and recovery units. Your responsibilities include facilitating focused assessments and planning efficient discharge processes while enhancing residents' quality of life. You'll also provide supervision to support staff and contribute to a structured therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct focused assessments for client rehabilitation
• Develop and implement treatment and discharge plans
• Supervise and mentor support staff and students
• Enhance residents' quality of life through interventions
• Participate in related duties as required
Requirements:
• Master's Degree or recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Membership eligibility in CAOT
• Experience in clinical and/or continuing care settings
• New grads and provisional therapists welcome
