Care Provider Position at Cogir Senior Living

Cogir is looking for motivated candidates to join as Unregulated Care Providers. Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, you will interact closely with residents, providing personalized assistance while following care plans and safety protocols. You will document all care activities accurately to support our mission of impactful senior living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct personal care adhering to care plans

• Document care and medication administration

• Assist in meal preparation and resident mobility

• Monitor and report changes in health conditions

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of residents’ environments

Requirements:

• Completion of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent

• Experience in assisting seniors in healthcare environments

• Strong communication and time management capabilities

• Current Basic Life Support and First Aid certifications

• Willingness to complete Vulnerable Positions Screening
