Clinical Team Lead – Sandstone Recovery Centre

Take charge of clinical leadership at Sandstone Recovery Centre, part of EHN Canada. Focus on supporting youth with eating disorders and mental health issues while managing a diverse team.

As the Clinical Team Lead, you will provide day-to-day guidance to clinical staff, maintain your clinical caseload, and ensure high standards of care for adolescents and young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and support Counsellors and clinical team members

• Deliver individual and group therapy as necessary

• Engage in treatment planning and family collaboration

• Identify and address clinical challenges impacting patient care

• Support quality improvement and program development efforts

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology

• At least 2 years of leadership experience

• Clinical experience with eating disorders and youth

• Knowledge of CBT and DBT methodologies

• Current registration with applicable regulatory authority
