Patient Concierge

Position: Patient Concierge - 12-Month Contract
Be part of the compassionate team at the Regional Fertility Program in Calgary as a full-time Patient Concierge and Receptionist for a 12-month temporary contract. You will ensure patients feel welcomed and supported at every step.

This position requires a friendly and organized individual who enjoys working in a clinical environment. As the Patient Concierge, you will handle patient check-ins, manage EMR records, and assist with various administrative duties that enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients throughout their visits

• Update and maintain accurate patient records

• Schedule appointments and communicate reminders

• Process payments and reconcile financial reports

• Create a respectful and calm waiting room atmosphere

Requirements:

• High school certificate; post-secondary study is a plus

• Certification in Medical Office Administration is advantageous

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Computer-savvy with fast typing abilities

• Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth
