Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients to maintain independence and safety

• Provide personal care and assist with mobility

• Document and report changes in client conditions

• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed

• Collaborate with families to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• CLHA Registration and recent Criminal Record Check

• Proof of negative TB test

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely
