Position: Full-Time Receptionist at EFW Radiology

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival

• Monitor waiting room dynamics and communicate wait times

• Complete patient registration and maintain accurate records

• Respond to patient inquiries professionally in person and over the phone

• Schedule follow-up appointments and manage clinic workflow

Requirements:

• Medical Office Assistant Diploma preferred

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Motivated self-starter willing to adapt in busy settings
