Position: Occupational Therapy Aide at AgeCare

As an Occupational Therapy Aide, you will play a key role in assisting residents and therapists in assessments, planning, and implementing treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assessment and evaluation of resident needs

• Support occupational therapists in developing treatment plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams on resident care

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy or diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy

• Good standing with regulatory board and associations

• Minimum two years of clinical experience in geriatric care

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
