Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison for clients and Physiotherapists
• Manage caseload assistance and workflow
• Maintain a clean and safe gym area
• Process discharged patient documentation
• Handle administrative duties efficiently
Requirements:
• PTA/OTA diploma preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Critical thinking and organizational skills
• Must be available evenings and weekends
