- Perform reflexology treatments on clients, applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears
- Assess clients' needs and customize treatment plans accordingly
- Educate clients about the benefits of reflexology and provide recommendations for self-care between sessions
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Ensure a clean and sanitized treatment environment at all times
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in reflexology techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive and professional experience for clients
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to reflexology and the human body
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
