This role in our inter-disciplinary team allows you to provide impactful Occupational Therapy services. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Colorado occupational therapist license and preferably have experience in post-acute care. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments for individualized therapy

• Design and implement therapeutic intervention plans

• Collaborate with healthcare providers for optimal care

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress

• Educate residents and staff about therapy methods

Requirements:

• Unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in Colorado

• Background in post-acute or skilled nursing facilities

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to meet diverse patient needs

• Commitment to ongoing professional training
