Working under the guidance of the Director of Care, this position involves providing ongoing health care, monitoring client conditions, and administering necessary medications. At Carewest, you will engage with a dynamic interdisciplinary team, all dedicated to ensuring the well-being and safety of clients in our Complex Continuing Care program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor clients’ physical and emotional conditions

• Deliver prescribed medications as per guidelines

• Regularly communicate changes to nursing staff

• Uphold professional standards in care delivery

• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent

• Completion of an Alberta Health Care Aide program is essential

• Current registration with CLHA is necessary

• Relevant healthcare facility experience is advantageous

• Capability to perform frequent lifting and transferring tasks
