Key Responsibilities:
• Provide crisis intervention and short-term counselling services
• Conduct risk evaluations and psychosocial assessments
• Create individualized service plans and interventions
• Facilitate connections to community services and programs
• Engage in ongoing professional development and case consultations
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 2-4 years of crisis intervention experience
• Registration with the appropriate regulatory body
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Experience with clinical documentation and teamwork
