This on-site position includes weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will be crucial in providing nutrition management for cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and obesity, among others.
Your role ensures clients receive tailored dietary recommendations through individual counseling sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen patient charts before each appointment
• Review relevant laboratory data for insights
• Conduct thorough assessments of food and diet concerns
• Analyze food intake against nutritional requirements
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal care
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Science or related field
• Completed Dietetic Internship in healthcare setting
• 2+ years experience as clinical dietitian
• Registration with College of Dietitians of Alberta
• Strong communication and organizational skills
