Part-Time Medical Office Administrator Job in Calgary, AB
Momentum Health Deerfoot is hiring for a Part-Time Medical Office Administrator job in Calgary, AB, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people from the moment they walk through the door. Our Deerfoot clinic brings physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, kinesiology, athletic therapy, physiatry, and sport medicine together under one roof, with dedicated exam rooms and a full gym and rehab area.
As the person at the front desk, you’ll be the thread that connects patients to the right provider, the right paperwork, and the right next appointment — and that work matters more here than a title suggests.
Momentum Health was built around collaborative, multidisciplinary care, and that shows up in how the clinics run day to day. Programs like GLA:
D Back and GLA:
D Hip & Knee bring physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists into the same treatment plan for a patient, which means your role in coordinating client flow and patient information isn’t just administrative upkeep — it’s part of how the care actually gets delivered. You’ll work alongside a team that values simplicity in its processes so clinicians can focus on patients, open communication when something needs improving, and independence to do your job well without someone looking over your shoulder.
Compassion shows up beyond the clinic walls too — Momentum Health teams volunteer at community events, and there’s a genuine effort to keep the workplace enjoyable, from social gatherings to seasonal decorating contests. It’s a place where the people at the front desk are treated as part of the clinical team’s success, not separate from it, and where you’re encouraged to speak up if you see a way to make things run better.
Roomto Grow With a Clinic on the Rise
Momentum Health Deerfoot is still growing, and this position is first in line for additional hours as they open up. Mentorship is built into how the organization operates, so if you’re early in a career in medical or rehab administration, you’ll have people around you who are invested in helping you get better at the job, not just fill a schedule.
Between the clinic’s own get-togethers and Momentum Health’s organization-wide events, there’s a real effort to make this feel like a place worth showing up to, not just a desk to sit at.
This role is scheduled Tuesday afternoons through evenings, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturday days — a set schedule that gives you predictability while still leaving room in your week. It’s a good fit if you’re looking for a long-term home in medical office administration rather than a short-term stop, since the clinic is asking for a one-year commitment in return for investing in you.
