Eagle Ridge is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to become part of our inter-disciplinary team. This role involves delivering Physical Therapy services tailored to each resident's needs within our skilled facility. You will work to uphold our commitment to excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored Physical Therapy services
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary framework
• Enter and manage data in Casamba and Point Click Care
• Create and adapt therapy programs for residents
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Requirements:
• Unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Colorado
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care
• Computer skills for data management
• Strong clinical and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for patient-centered care
