Carewest is seeking a passionate Therapy Aide for its Colonel Belcher location. This temporary full-time role involves assisting residents with their daily living activities and participating in social and recreational events. Ideal candidates will bring a commitment to client-centered care and be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to improving quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)

• Instruct craft classes to promote engagement

• Support social events and group exercises

• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

• Execute other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Grade 12 graduation is essential

• Current Basic Life Support CPR certification

• PCA or related leisure activities certification

• Preferred experience in a healthcare facility

• Geriatric experience is a valuable asset
