Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally respond to patient inquiries and calls

• Schedule and reschedule appointments efficiently

• Handle incoming fax requests from doctors

• Adapt to changing clinic policies

• Organize necessary reports and statistics

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in medical assistance

• Diploma in Medical Office Administration

• Typing speed of at least 35wpm

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• CPR & First Aid Certification is a plus
