Position: Compassionate Health Care Aide Needed
Join Covenant Care as a Health Care Aide and provide vital support to residents and their families. This fulfilling role emphasizes dignity, privacy, and collaboration within a compassionate care team.

As a Health Care Aide, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing residents' quality of life by aiding with personal care and facilitating recreational activities. Your responsiveness and adherence to Covenant Care's ethical standards will create an environment that prioritizes individuality and respect. Communication is key as you work with families and navigate sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and care needs

• Facilitate participation in leisure and social activities

• Maintain close relationships with the care team

• Ensure compliance with Covenant protocols and legislation

• Promote dignity and choice in resident care

Requirements:

• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate

• Enrollment in Alberta Health Care Aide Directory

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred

• Fluent English skills;
French is an asset

• Must be vaccinated per Covenant’s policy
