Position: Active Living Aide Role at Cogir
Enhance the lives of seniors at Cogir Senior Living as an Active Living Aide, implementing programs that nurture joy and community. You will partner with the Active Living Manager to design impactful activities.

You will play a key role in facilitating enjoyable and meaningful programs for residents, ensuring that each activity resonates with their interests. Maintaining thorough records and supporting communication among families and staff are also essential parts of this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute engaging programs for residents

• Maintain accurate records of participation and assessments

• Foster relationships with residents and their families

• Help coordinate outings and special events

• Assist with daily activities and dining needs

Requirements:

• Diploma in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or equivalent

• Experience supporting seniors

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication skills

• Valid driver's license and Vulnerable Sector Check
