As a part-time Recreation Therapy Aide, your focus will be on delivering both planned and spontaneous activities that enrich the lives of residents. You'll be responsible for keeping accurate documentation, ensuring safety standards for all recourses, and assisting with program evaluations. A commitment to supporting our seniors with dignity and respect is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain departmental records and Resident Assessments

• Evaluate and improve recreation programs continuously

• Keep supplies and equipment in good condition

• Flexibly manage shifts across various times

• Attend training and meetings as required across the province

Requirements:

• Diploma in Recreation, Leisure, or Therapeutic Recreation

• Currently pursuing a relevant diploma or degree

• Experience in recreational services preferred

• Adaptability to changing priorities is key

• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
