In your role, you will work under the direction of the Physiotherapist and report to the Director of Care. You’ll help implement rehabilitation programs and monitor resident progress toward their functional goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and evaluating individualized treatment plans

• Execute rehabilitation exercises as guided by the physiotherapist

• Observe and report changes in residents' abilities

• Educate residents and families on rehabilitation best practices

• Conduct routine assessments in alignment with policies

Requirements:

• Recognized qualification in rehabilitation support or recreation therapy

• Familiarity with therapeutic techniques and mobility assistance

• Skilled in collaboration with healthcare teams

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Willingness to adapt to various shift requirements
