Reporting directly to the Director of Care, you will join a skilled team delivering care through the Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program (RCTP).
Your role involves evaluating and monitoring client conditions, accurately delivering medications, and maintaining ethical practices. Join us to make a difference in our clients' lives through dedicated support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and report client condition changes promptly
• Deliver medications following Carewest protocols
• Assist with lifting and transferring clients safely
• Uphold professional standards throughout care
• Undertake additional related duties as necessary
Requirements:
• Must possess a High School Diploma and HCA certification
• Strong communication skills in English required
• Current CLHA registration necessary
• Experience with in healthcare facilities is a plus
• Able to perform physical tasks efficiently
