In this role at Carewest's Colonel Belcher location, you will be an integral part of an interprofessional team committed to providing quality care. Your primary duties will involve monitoring clients’ health status and reporting significant changes to nursing staff, as well as administering medications according to established guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Track and report client physical and emotional conditions
• Administer medications following established policies
• Collaborate effectively with health care staff
• Maintain ethical standards in all interactions
• Perform additional duties related to client care
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized Health Care Aide program
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in English communication
• Current registration with CLHA required
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
