At Mint Health + Drugs, we are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to oversee medication management and foster a collaborative team environment. Your primary duties will include evaluating prescriptions, ensuring safe dispensing, and supporting chronic disease therapies. Lead the pharmacy in providing compassionate care and practical health solutions to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess prescriptions for appropriateness and safety
• Develop and implement patient-centered health plans
• Prepare, dispense, and counsel patients on medications
• Manage chronic disease therapies and substance treatment
• Supervise pharmacy staff for optimal service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy essential
• Valid license from Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Authorization for Drug Administration by Injection needed
• Effective Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Patient care experience preferred
