This role involves performing ergonomic assessments, work hardening, and facilitating functional capacity evaluations. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of clinicians and handle complex occupational rehab cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct biomechanical and functional assessments under physiotherapy guidance

• Design and supervise exercise and work conditioning programs

• Perform biweekly client progress assessments through testing

• Document functional findings in client charts regularly

• Develop and implement return to work plans for clients

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Kinesiology degree program

• Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred

• Registration with provincial governing body for Kinesiologists

• Strong communication skills and client-focused approach

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting
