Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain database accuracy for Health Canada-approved drugs
• Manage PBM claim adjudication data structures and formularies
• Create standardized business process documentation
• Provide timely expert responses to drug inquiries
• Collaborate to troubleshoot claim adjudication issues
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of business analyst or pharmacy operations experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Strong communication skills for documentation
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation
• Attention to detail in a healthcare setting
