SAIGE Homecare, a trusted agency in Calgary for over 10 years, is seeking dedicated Health Care Aides. In this critical role, you will assist seniors and individuals in their homes or facilities. Your tasks will include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship to improve clients' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized care based on individual care plans
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor health changes and report to Nurse Managers
• Collaborate with family and the Saige team for client goals
• Document care activities using a mobile app
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certification or equivalent education
• Registration on Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
• Valid HCP/BLS CPR Certification or willingness to obtain
• Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check within 6 months
• Driver's License and willingness to travel to clients
