Part Time Health Care Aide in Glenmore Park

Become a vital part of patient rehabilitation at our Glenmore Park facility as a part time Health Care Aide. Support clients during their post-acute musculoskeletal recovery and care.

This temporary Health Care Aide position is under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and a Team Lead. You will assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, and contribute to safe discharge planning. Ensuring person-centered care and effective communication with clients is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to clients

• Assist with daily living activities and mobility

• Monitor and document changes in client status

• Facilitate safe discharge planning for clients

• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education

• Completion of an Alberta Government recognized HCA program

• Active registration with CLHA

• Ability to lift and reposition clients frequently

• Previous experience in a health care facility is an asset
