Manage luxury wellness bookings at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise while supporting spa treatment choices and guest inquiries. This permanent concierge role starts November 2026.
Basin Glacial Waters is a new wellness facility where Concierge team members guide guests through specialty experiences. Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, you will maintain reservation accuracy, promote hotel services, and collaborate with Fairmont Spa. The position pays $20.63 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate Basin bookings and reservation records
- Answer guest questions through phone and email
- Promote hotel services, spa amenities, and retail sales
- Develop product knowledge to support treatment selection
- Meet booking quotas and assist peak-period facility operations
- Reservations or sales experience is an asset
- Experience with Opera PMS, CRS, or Book4
Time is an asset - Ability to manage multiple priorities using strong organization
- Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Willingness to work shifts, split shifts, and varied days off
