Role
We are seeking a talented Director, People & Learning to join our People team. You will be the main point of reference for strategic leadership and execution of internal learning and development initiatives, organizational behaviour change strategies, and human resource programs that support engagement and performance. You will report to the VP of People and will contribute to the future of scalable computer‑cooling solutions.

Learning & Development

Develop and implement a long‑term learning and development strategy aligned with organizational priorities.

Lead the design and delivery of internal training programs and professional development initiatives.

Oversee social mobilisation and behaviour change campaigns that support strategic goals.

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to expand and enhance learning opportunities.

Human Resources Strategy & Operations

Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders on workforce planning, engagement, and organisational design.

Lead compensation strategy including salary structure, bonus planning, equity programmes, and global compliance.

Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management.

Advise on and manage total rewards, including global compensation.

Team Leadership & Organisational Influence

Lead and develop a high‑performing, collaborative team across HR and L&D functions.

Set team goals, monitor performance, and manage branch operations and budgets.

Serve as a key driver of change management and cultural alignment within the organisation.

Establish and maintain partnerships with internal departments and external stakeholders to enhance HR and L&D impact.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, learning and development, or organisational development.

At least 5 years of direct team leadership experience, including cross‑functional and strategic influence.

Proven ability to design and implement large‑scale HR and L&D programmes.

Strong understanding of compensation planning, job architecture, and global HR compliance.

Advanced skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Demonstrated ability to analyse HR data and trends to inform decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree and/or HR Certification (e.g., SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, CIPD).

Experience in behaviour change or community mobilisation initiatives.

Experience working in global organisations or across multiple locations.

Familiarity with tools such as UKG, Mercer, or equivalent HR and compensation systems.
