HR Coordinator

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our People Services team. This role is pivotal in supporting a positive and productive work environment by serving as a primary point of contact for teammates and leadership on HR-related matters. • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes using Workday
  , including job postings, candidate screening, and employment contract preparation.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to support teammate growth.
• Teammate Relations: Assist with terminations, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Policy & Compliance: Monitor provincial employment standards and support leaders in maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• General HR Support: Provide administrative assistance, coordinate events, and respond to operational needs.

• Education: Post-secondary education in HR is an asset
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of Canadian employment standards
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience with Workday is an asset.
