As the Specialist, Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in effectively executing all backend people processes and programs that support the entire lifecycle of our employees. ** THE ROLE
** As the Specialist, Talent Management, you will:
* Execute talent lifecycle programs and engage with our people to support and elevate them
* Ensure we always have the best talent for our business needs through effective, timely actions
* Support the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring we consistently acquire the best talent for the business
* Support the cultural integration and productivity of new employees
* Direct effective people decisions with accurate assessments of performance and potential
* Maximize and accelerate the growth of high performing talent
* Drive continued performance and commitment with strategic, compensation solutions
* Support employees with fair and consistent practices while mitigating undue risk
** THE QUALIFICATIONS
** The Specialist, Talent Management has:
* Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in broad P&C knowledge and experience supporting backend people processes
* A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
* The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
* A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
