Trans Mountain is seeking a collaborative, motivated, and values-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to support the West Coast Oil Pipeline (WCOP) project. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, WCOP, this role will be part of a team responsible for proactively sourcing candidates and executing recruitment plans to support workforce ramp-up and readiness requirements. The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, WCOP will be expected to build strong relationships with project leaders, guide them through the full-cycle recruitment process, and support the attraction and hiring of top talent to meet critical hiring objectives in alignment with Trans Mountain’s recruitment standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end, full-cycle recruitment to support the volume hiring of permanent and contract positions across multiple locations in Alberta and British Columbia.
• Conduct thorough intake discussions with hiring leaders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the position and provide a tailored recruitment strategy.
• Develop and refine job postings to accurately reflect the position under recruitment.
• Actively source candidates and build talent pipelines using available sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Effectively manage job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which includes reporting and timely advancement through the established processes.
• Assess and interview qualified candidates utilizing various recruiting tools and techniques.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide strategic counsel to hiring leaders on selection decisions and guidance on inclusive hiring practices.
