Serves priesthood leaders by providing temples, headquarters, and other facilities for their use to help bring souls unto CHRIST.

Serves priesthood leaders by providing temples, headquarters, and other facilities for their use to help bring souls unto CHRIST.

Responsibilities
  • 25% Aligning workforce planning with business priorities and strategic planning activities. Performance management and metrics. Organization design and development; job, data, and total compensation analysis, etc. Identifying HR solutions to support business strategy. Communicating updates regarding HR processes. Conducting selection interviews.
  • 25% Working with line management and in change management. Works with limited supervision, operates with latitude for un-reviewed action or decision. Assignments are broad and complex in nature usually involving a matrix reporting situations or legally challenging issue.
  • 25% Demonstrates excellent judgment in providing innovative and creative solutions to complex issues, including some influenced by culture, language, legal requirements, and other sources of complexity. Interprets and applies organizational policy. May recommend change in policy and procedures.
  • 25% Leads in complex projects/assignments of significant scope working closely with senior line management. Leads in connecting HR to business purposes and interprets strategy to meet business needs. Leads, plans, and conducts assignments. Reviews progress and evaluates results. Plans and assigns personnel for given projects or tasks. Assists with the review and evaluation of personnel performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience, and 8+ years Human Resource experience.
  • HR Certification preferred.
Skills
  • Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource profession to the completion of complex assignments.
  • Proven HR professional and high level influencer inside the organization.
  • Possesses project management and people management skills.
  • Applies advanced strategic, analytical, and technical skill to solve complex issues.
  • Additionally:
  • Natural Talents and Abilities for this level.
  • Business-level local language(s) and English proficiency.
  • An equivalent combination of Human Resource experience, education, and natural talents and abilities may be substituted in appropriate circumstances.
