HR Business Partner in Food & Beverage

You will manage HR for an airport or multiple locations with fewer than 600 team members. The role emphasizes strategic planning, engagement, and proactive team relations oversight. Collaborating with corporate People & Culture, you will enhance operational effectiveness through tailored HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire team member lifecycle management

• Guide team leaders on engagement and compliance strategies

• Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations

• Collaborate in contract negotiations and CBA understanding

• Ensure adherence to HR best practices and legal standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of combined HR experience

• 2-4 years in leadership roles preferred

• Advanced knowledge of HR and compliance regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities

• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
